Is there someone who lives on site?
Yes, our home is located 100 feet from our pet boarding facility. There is always someone here 24/7 unlike some pet boarding/day care facilities that vacate their facility after closing hours. Brentwood Pet Resort provides frequent checks throughout the night ensuring each and every one our guests are clean, safe, and happy.
Why is the office closed Wednesday's and Saturday's for checking in and out?
We have allocated two days out of the week in which we have dedicated to performing the majority of our grooming and additional services that we provide here at our facility. We may offer special check in and check out by appointment on these days depending on our availability.
Do you offer group play with other guests?
For the safety of your pet, all activities are performed one on one with your pet and one of our staff members. We do not offer group play or group activities.
Is the Resort fully fenced in?
Yes, the Pet Resort is fully fenced in. All outdoor activities are performed in one of our five large outdoor exercise runs and are monitored by a resort attendant at all times.
Where do all pets typically stay?
All of our Doggie Condo's and Premium rooms are located indoors and are climate controlled. Our facility is sound proof and cozy for all pets to feel safe and happy.
